General Tips on HORIZON
HORIZON has been optimized for monitors set to 800 by
600 pixels or greater. HORIZON will fill about ¾ of
your screen if your monitor is set to 1024 by 768
pixels. Use the Back buttons in HORIZON to navigate,
rather
than Back on your browser. If you get stuck, click on Need Help?, which
is on many of the pages, for quick help.

In this session we will cover:
1. Viewing and Turning Off/On Confirmation Email
2. Editing Confirmation Email
1. Viewing and Turning Off/On Confirmation Email.
1.1. Click on My Profile on the top tool bar.
1.2. From the My Profile screen, click on Confirmation Email.

1.3. Confirmation Email lets you send your clients
a pre-inspection email message.
1.4. You have the option to include or not to include Confirmation Email in your
report by turning this feature Off / On.(Figure 2)

2. Editing Confirmation Email.
2.1. In the Confirmation Email screen you can add text in the
subject and in the text box
2.2. Click on the Subject to add information.
2.3. Click on the Text Box under Dear to add information specific
to you or your company. (Figure 3)
Note: The Inspection Date, Time, Duration, Address and Fee (if
any) will automatically appear in your confirmation email.

2.4. After adding your desired information into
the Confirmation Email click Spell check to make certain all
your information is entered correctly. (Figure 3)
2.5. Click Save and Back to save changes and go back to the My Profile screen.

2.6. Click Back to return to the My Profile screen without saving changes. (Figure
3)
That’s it, you have Viewed and Edited Confirmation Email!
